辦理租櫃時，須經雙方一起檢查所租貨櫃內外裝備妥善 (如地板，門較等)，並即場拍攝相片以作記 錄。 退租時， 須保持原狀交吉， 清理妥當。 如有發現破損 (不計自然損壞)，租 戶須照合理價錢賠償: 如貨櫃內需要本公司清潔處理， 則費用由租戶支付或在按金扣除，不足之數， 本公司可向租戶追討。 租金上期繳交， 一個月為一期， 不足一個月， 租金亦以一個月收取。 一個月按金， 按金會於租戶辦妥退租手續後發還， 無須支付利息。 逾期一個月不清繳租金者， 本公司即可取消其租約。 雙方可預先一個月以書面通知中止租約， 租戶在租用期未滿時退租， 本公司無須退回該期已付租金之全部或一部份。 若本公司提出中止租約， 則會退回租約未到期部份之租金。
