All of our massage therapists are registered with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia. Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) are among the most educated and highly trained in the country.
Massage helps to relieve post-exercise muscle soreness. However, if the soreness is chronic due to poor posture, then you need to improve your posture. This can be done through stretching, strengthening and improved body awareness. If the soreness is due to deconditioning, then you will have to build up the strength in your muscles again.
Initial Visit. An initial 60 minute appointment is covered at no cost to you. Subsequent Visits. Your 11 subsequent visit fees are based on the length of your appointment. 45 minutes – No fee. 60 minutes – $29.
