支援最受疫情影響行業的措施. 合共16項建議,涵蓋多個行業. 向根據《教育條例》註冊、提供非正規課程的私立學校(補習學校)發放一次過4萬元資助,預計惠及3 000 所補習學校。 向學校及專上院校的服務提供者及供應商提供一次過資助. 餐飲供應點(即小賣部、食堂及餐廳): 8萬元資助,預計惠及900 個營運者. 飯盒供應商: 1萬元資助(以每一學校計),預計惠及1 000 間學校的供應商. 校巴司機、學校私家小巴司機及保姆: 1萬元資助(以每一名司機/每一架校巴的保姆計),預計惠及5 300校巴/學校私家小巴的司機和5 300名保姆. 在學校擔任導師、教練、培訓人員及興趣班營辦者: 合資格者可獲7,500元資助,預計惠及27 000 個營辦者/人員.
