Re: Drive from Key West to Siesta Key. 2 years ago. For a faster and somewhat scenic trip get off at Krome Ave in FL city and take it to 41 and pass thru the everglades to see gators , air boat rides. Then turn right on 29 to get on 75. You will pass the smallest post office in just before 29.
