第四届香港特别行政区行政长官梁振英之女
梁齐昕（Leung Chai Yan，1991年9月11日－），出生于香港，祖籍山东威海，中华人民共和国第四届香港特别行政区行政长官梁振英、梁唐青仪次女，曾经就读德瑞国际学校，于伦敦政治经济学院法律系毕业，定居香港，立志成为模特，进军娱乐圈。
作为第四届中华人民共和国香港特别行政区行政长官梁振英女儿，梁齐昕早前现身有线娱乐台，有传她将正式踏足娱圈，迅即令梁齐昕成为八卦话题的焦点人物。事实上，以往不少政治人物的后代亦曾入娱乐圈，末代港督彭定康的幼女彭雅思曾经拍戏，她在2005年开始在英国演出话剧，并到印度发展电影事业。
2015年2月11日，梁齐昕将会闯影圈发展，更担任女主角。
2014年6月，梁齐昕疑因不堪“第一家庭”压力，在社交网站上上传“自残”照片。
