2024年5月10日 · Sightseeing in the rain in Japan is part of the norm. As long as it's not pouring rain, you should still be able to manage. Definitely don't go to Shin-Hotaka. Mist and clouds easily obscure the best views.

I recommend the Flood Museum in Ouwekerk, especially if you can get your teens to imagine what they would have done in this situation.
