1 review. Booking Air Tickets via Zuji.com? 10 years ago. Hi All, Have anyone tried booking air tickets via Zuji before? I usually booked all my flights via Expedia, and so far so good. But I noticed that Zuji's pricing seems to be much more cheaper, and they do have a range of airline that doesn't reflect in Expedia.

Encountered the most dreadful customer service I have ever experienced with an airline ticket purchase through Zuji. Please note we have purchased tickets through them before and they are cheap. If you can get to where you need to go without a problem then they are OK.
Have now been waiting 20 weeks for a $2,000 ticket refund. Until last week, Zuji have claimed they are just about to process the payment. Now they are claiming to have processed payment back in October and that I should have received the refund.

I went to the Mobissimo search engine for flights. It took me to another website for Zuji. It advertised 163 for a one way trip from Sydney to Auckland on AirNewZealand which I booked.

Hi all ! its my first time using zuji to book air tickets. once booked (filled in passenger details), they sent me a trip ID kinda confirmation paper, with the flight information summary etc.. What's the difference of that piece of paper to an e-ticket ?
So I just clicked book when I thought I will be saving $50 bucks per pax for 3 air tickets compared to expedia. And I thought I should be receiving instant confirmation like all my other many travel bookings.
