2024年5月1日 · With our new profile setup, we’re making it easy and fun for guests to fill out their profiles. This includes a guided photo capture that helps guests add a profile photo that clearly shows their face, without other people in the image.
Adding information to your profile can help develop connections between Hosts and guests while establishing trust on our platform. Details you choose to share about yourself may be highlighted across the Airbnb platform to Hosts and guests.
Checking out your guest’s photo is a great way to get to know them. If it’s not available, here’s why: The booking isn't confirmed. Their photo only becomes available after confirmation. They don’t have one. While we strongly encourage guests to add photos, we don’t require them— but you can.

G uests can tap your photo to read everything you’ve shared about yourself. Or they can go straight to your listing page where they’ll find similar information displayed under the title 'Meet your Host'.

This additional information helps develop trust and meaningful connections between Hosts and guests, and helps you and your listing stand out.
