One of my favourite artiste (its not Lady Gaga, I assure you!!) has announced they will be doing a concert in HK but no date has been set. Can I ask if Cityline is the only ticketing agency for concerts in HK? Are there other agencies where I can try?

I've read reviews on other sites and am concerned by those mentioning problems with customer service and getting refunds for cancelled flights.
