I managed to link my account using the six digit code, it said "all set now ready to go", however when I tried to watch something it kept telling me I had to pay. I spoke to someone yesterday afternoon from Sky who said they no longer give the App Discovery+ for free.
2024年1月26日 · Then go to the app on the sky box. Then hit the QR code with the camera app on your phone (do NOT use any dodgy 3rd party QR reader apps) which should take you to a discovery+ page to enter the code which relates the Sky box to your account. Because you are already logged in on the phone it should work. Report post.

2023年9月19日 · Yes Discovery+ is free which is included in your Sky Package which is the Standard subscription which includes sport shown on Eurosport 1 and Eurosport 2 only. It's there in black and white what's covered in the Standard option you get free with Sky and Football is not included. It also states that a TNT Sports subscription is required.
2023年4月21日 · I've just had to reactivate with a new code for the second time this year (2024), but discovery isn't the only channel. I've had to do it with my5, c4, and itvx, so maybe it's something to do with sky or just these channels, it could be annoying but it doesn't take long to do and also I've never logged out of an app or been asked to log in through my sky q box.

Rebooted/ shutdown everything including router and switches. Everything is ethernet cabled. Issue does not happen on any device accept Sky. Netflix, Disney plus fine on Sky.
