Yes do get two taxis for safety's sake. Also do not have the misconception that MTR = stairs. There are elevators too for the wheelchaired people! Of course it is troublesome to take the MTR. Edited: 8 years ago

Smilee, For safety sake., you only drink bottled water !---check the seal ( wherever you are , or die on the sidewalk if the seal has been broken and filled with normal water ) ---HAVING SAID THAT, THE QUALITY OF BOTTLED WATER ALL OVER VN IS GOOD AND HAS BEEN FOR YEARS---no problems!
Japan is kids friendly & tolerant compared to US. No problem at regular restaurants, attractions, trains, etc. For safety sake, watch them very carefully at train stations as there are incoming trains & gaps between the platform & the train. Also take their shoes off if they stand on seats.

Safety in Faubourg Marigny neighborhood. 9 years ago. Hello, my boyfriend and I have rented a house in this neighborhood for the second weekend of Jazzfest and I was curious if there were any safety concerns I should have about this neighborhood. I assume for safety sake we will be cabbing back to the house late at night.
