- 在啟動過程中你需要提供戶口號碼、電話理財 / 自動櫃員機密碼及香港身份證 / 護照號碼 / 其他身份證明 (例: 往來港澳通行證)文件號碼。
- 你可透過個人e-Banking登入頁面輸入用戶名稱，再點選「密碼」/ 「保安編碼」→「忘記你的密碼?」。如你已於個人e-Banking設定保密問題，你可根據指示於網上即時重設你的密碼。否則，你需要根據指示於網上設定新密碼，並致電客戶服務熱線(852) 2822 0228或親臨恒生分行啓動新密碼。
