Hutchgo Hong Kong is a SCAM company. My ticket was cancelled in February 2020 due to Covid19 situation. China air refunded my ticket in March to Hutchgo. End of June 2020 Hutchgo still lie about refund status and have no intention to refund airticket to my credit card.
1 year ago. I had a terrible experience with Hutchgo. I booked a flight ticket via Hutchgo but when I checked in online near flight day and found out the ticket was not valid. I sent emails to Hutchgo many times for support but did not receive feedback.
We bought our tickets on march and our flights are supposed to be June 2020. Been sending email to ask Hutchgo for the update of our refund, but there was none or very little response. Everytime they respond, this name Vick Kuo keep telling us they are waiting for the airlines refund.

Is there any chance you booked a non refundable fare? If so , these days non refundable means no refunds no matter how good your reasons are. This includes illness.
An electronic ticket will be issued instantly once the booking is confirmed. The electronic ticket will be sent to your registered email account not later than next working day. And there is no way for an OTA to know if a flight is overbooked, much less inform you about it.
Save. This website is a scam. They will steal your money and when you ask for a refund they will say that their internal fee is the value of your ticket. PLEASE avoid at all costs! I have tried emailing them and asking for a full refund and they keep changing their excuse.
