   2020.03. 消閒娛樂. 【機票退款】退票/延期/退款. 新型冠狀病毒蔓延全球，政府近日向法國、德國、西班牙部分地區、日本北海道及意大利全國，發出紅色外遊警示，大家要應避免到以上地方；透過旅行社或網上平台訂機票嘅朋友注意，記得睇清楚航空公司或旅行社網頁條款，瞭解機票可否取消、更改日期，或是否收取手續費等。 例如消費者透過旅行社訂購機票，即使航空公司因應特殊情況，甚至全數退款，旅行社亦可能按條款收取行政費；又如航空公司決定如期啟航，拒絕消費者退票或延期，大家亦要衡量風險，咪倉卒起行；另外，喺香港持牌旅行社單獨購買機票的交易，不屬於旅遊業賠償基金的保障範圍，只有經香港持牌旅行社購買機票加酒店或景點的旅遊套票，才獲發旅行社發出的印花，並受到旅遊業賠償基金的保障。
