《事後智明》 昨晚蘇拉於香港以南30公里左右掠過，中心最強風力的內眼壁並未橫過本港，風力自然不如山竹般猛烈。但根據資料，蘇拉的內眼壁（西南象限）直接打中擔桿列島及廟灣島，十分鐘持續風速高達每小時185公里及每小時170公里，陣風甚至錄得約毎小時220公里，當然未經海平面折算。
