What you are looking for is the procedure to renew or extend the validity of the "resident card" (the physical card). If you say "PR," that sounds like the resident "status." :)
2018年4月10日 · I would be very grateful. Note that even if you get a legal alias, you cannot have it on your residence card. You can have it on your juminhyo, driver's license, health insurance card, my number card, or pretty much everything, but not on your residence card.

Every time we try to apply, we are told that ''It's not possible.''. Everyone tells us that we need an alien card, but we don't have one because we are SOFA sponsored.
