   法庭日誌 > 法庭公眾席座位及派籌安排. 法庭公眾席座位及派籌安排. 司法機構會視乎個別聆訊的情況，如有需要會採取特別的派籌安排，以控制人流及確保法院大樓的秩序。 相關安排的通告會於聆訊前一天在法院張貼。 如有需要，司法機構亦會因應個別聆訊的特別情況把有關資訊上載到司法機構網頁。 一般而言，公眾人士如欲旁聽設有派籌安排的聆訊，需注意以下事項： 公眾人士於相關法院大樓的指定區域排隊輪候，以獲得旁聽籌號。 旁聽籌號以先到先得、每人一籌的方式分配，籌號只於派發當日有效。 為善用聆訊法庭內的旁聽座位，法庭不會在聆訊開始後預留座位給持有籌號而沒有入庭的人士。 在聆訊進行期間，當所有籌號已派發完畢，而有任何公眾人士座位空置15分鐘或以上，有關座位會在不影響法庭運作下適當地重新分配予其他法庭使用者。
