You get put through to the UK, and when they say "then press the GBP sign", press # instead and you get through. The number I use is 02-8520 3333. Not sure if that is the latest number that works.

The ATO reference provided by macfanboy states "don't need to pay GST on amounts of residential rent you earn". 2019年7月29日 · Under "account support" (section "notifications") normally a verified emailladdress is ticked by default (and it can not even be un-ticked by the user). If this rentla income and other income in totally is less than $18,200, and no tax witheld, no other business income, you should be able to do non-lodgment via my gov.

2017年6月24日 · They are starting to charge 10% on the next invoices if you are not registered for GST. Have not heard anything about Airbnb charging the extra 10% yet nor have they asked for proof of our GST registration. You will need to check billing after 1 July. Not sure how those of us who are exempt will notify them.
