I tried to make an online payment yesterday and again today; although I can sign into the online banking, when I click on 'PAY' to setup the payment, the system just takes me back to the front screen showing me the current account balance.

On the previous online software any online transaction in the evening or at weekend would show up as a transaction on the account marked with the next banking day. Until they changed the interface to look more like a mobile banking app.

2023年7月29日 · I have had both Barclays account and Barclaycard accounts from before they launched online banking and mobile apps. I initially had two different log in and two different apps, but at some point they suggested that I continued to only used one Mobile app, and from then on, I continued with the full Barclays app, as I can do everything I need from there for all my banking with Barclays group.

I get the following message: 9802 - Sorry - you do not have any accounts from which we can set up a payment. Does anyone have any idea what this means. She has only recently opened the account if that helps, I set up her online ...
2022年5月7日 · Yes you should be able to. When you put the card in the cash machine and put the correct PIN number in, there should be an option something like “pin services” then unlock pin.
