eBay do not add GST to sales in Australia because prices of goods in Australia, for both eBay Buy-It-Now and eBay Auctions, are GST Inclusive (where GST is required to be charged). eBay is not legally required to be party to GST collection as the seller, where legally required to collect GST on sales, has the obligation to be GST compliant.

It is illegal to import them into Australia and will be confiscated by customs if anyone tries. Importing something illegal means that you have no claim on the seller if it is caught doesn't arrive and you will lose your money, as well as a slap on the hand by customs.

Most sellers don't sell for feedback. 70% of buyers, from my experience, don't leave it, so your lack wouldn't even be noticed. If you bought them within a week from the same seller, it only counts as one anyway.
2018年12月18日 · Most 'iphones' sold online tend to be fakes and there is no warranty. eBay cannot and will not reimburse you anything - their claims period is about a month after delivery. Paypal's is 6 months, but you've missed that too. if it is worth it to you, pay for the phone to be repaired.
2012年9月3日 · Feedback Star Ratings. Regarding these ratings, I wont be relying on eBay Purchase History in future to rate Sellers on how long they take to send an item. Could Sellers please tell me what they consider fair in regard to what is quick, and what is slow etc.etc. I will not ask other buyers as I realize some are unrealistic in their expectations.
