   2016年6月27日 · 大阪Hilton位在梅田的JR大阪站南口，位置相當便利，過一個馬路就到。 房價是不可退的預付價含稅￥28,000，後來發現有降價，寫信去但酒店不願意退差額，也不願意取消，談心想要升等也沒有回覆，似乎一開始就不是很順利… 出了JR大阪站，馬路對面一柱擎天的這棟就是大阪Hilton，旁邊矮的附屬建物是商場。 抵達酒店已經是下午兩點多，服務人員一看到我們進來便接手行李，並帶領至櫃台Check-In，櫃台人員一邊辦理，一邊看著螢幕道歉說房間很滿，沒有辦法升等。 當初訂的是雙床基本房Twin Deluxu Room，現場意思一下升到高樓層28樓的Twin Hilton Room，官網說法是多提供了日式浴衣和拖鞋，不過拖鞋應該都是一樣的免洗拖鞋吧？
