2020年9月15日 · Unfortunately we cannot just remove them immediately, have to wait until we find a replacement. TLDR; It’s not always a red flag, sometimes the person being replaced is unstable. They're harvesting resumes in their spare time when there aren't any jobs. I’ve dealt with this before as a recruiter.
