2024年1月13日 · Same issue. New Iphone 15 pro. Said there was an update last night. I clicked install, and now the touchscreen doesnt work, and I've restarted it like 30 times with the up volume, down volume and the right button through the apple logo, and connected it to my computer where it shows up as DFU and I tried everything and it says it cant be reset or restored.
