Jobsdb於今年二月至三月期間，委託獨立調查機構，邀請本港共3,391名人士做網上問卷調查。 當中有57%的受訪者獲得加薪，較去年下跌4個百分點。 然而，受外圍經濟因素影響，今年打工仔對未來就業市場前景持審慎態度。 有逾三成（36%）受訪者對就業市場前景感悲觀，且更多人預期求職所需時間會較去年長，而選擇「裸辭」的受訪者人數亦較去年減少。 73%受訪全職僱員今年獲發花紅或雙糧. 報告顯示有73%的受訪全職僱員，於今年獲發花紅或/及雙糧，按年下跌了3個百分點。
