Tokyo has more shops carrying porter brand, but hokkaido 's shops had more stock available. I seem to have seen Porter bags being sold in Chitose airport duty free...and THOSE were definitely about 10% cheaper than usual. I was busy with Samantha Thavasa bags...so didnt really pay alot of attention.
