運輸及房屋局 （簡稱 運房局 ，英語： Transport and Housing Bureau，THB ）是 香港特別行政區政府 十三個 決策局 之一，專責 香港 對外對內的 海 、 陸 、 空 交通 ，以及 物流 和 房屋 的政策。 2022年7月1日起，運輸及房屋局被分拆成 運輸及物流局 和 房屋局 。 歷史. 1973年， 布政司署 房屋科 和 布政司署 經濟科 成立，首長分別是 房屋司 和 經濟司 。 1981年， 布政司署 運輸科 成立，首長是 運輸司 。 1988年， 布政司署 房屋科 被撤銷。 1994年， 布政司署 房屋科 重新設立，首長仍為 房屋司 。
