2019年10月27日 · Oct 27, 2019. Found solution that was suggested by google support person. Open an incognito window in chrome and login and download from there. For some reason, the files do not zip when downloading from an incognito window. It proceeds directly to downloading. Strange, but it works!!
Open Files . On the left, select the folder or files you want to zip. To select all the files you’d like to zip, press Ctrl and click each file one at a time. Optional: To put all of your files in a new folder, press Ctrl + e. Right-click your selected files or folder, then click Zip selection.
