2023年11月16日 · JobsDB於今年第三季委託獨立調查機構，訪問了41個行業共407家本港商業機構，就2024年的招聘、薪酬及福利意向進行調查，結果顯示僱主預期來年打工仔平均薪金調整幅度為+2.2%，較2023年的+1.6%輕微回升0.6個百分點。 加薪幅度最高的行業出現大洗牌，預計來年三大加薪幅度最高的行業分別為： 建造業（+4.4%） 飲食業（+4.2%） 金融科技業（+3.9%） 而過往三年穩居首兩位的「資訊科技業」（+3.0%）今年則跌至第九位。 展望來年勞工市場動向，超過三成（35%）受訪者持樂觀態度，較2023年輕微上升3個百分點。 三成僱主欲2024年增聘人手. 調查顯示，有30%僱主表示來年首季有計劃增聘全職人手，而計劃刪減全職人手的僱主則維持於4%，反映僱主來年對全職人手仍然有一定需求。
