2023年10月16日 · 天倫樂調遷計劃 | 香港房屋委員會及房屋署. 為促進建立以家庭為核心的支援網路，房屋署 (房署)推出「天倫樂調遷計劃」，提供調遷機會給公屋租戶遷往其年長父母或年青一代現居的屋邨以便互相照顧。 凡居於公共租住房屋 (公屋)的年長父母可提名一名兒女／兒女配偶申請此調遷計劃，而年青一代家庭則可提名其父母／外父母申請調遷。 申請家庭與提名家庭須為公屋租戶分別居於不同區議會分區內的公屋單位。 申請家庭須獲其年長父母／外父母或年青一代（兒女／兒女配偶）提名，方可參加此調遷計劃。 年長父母／外父母必須為現居於公屋的長者戶家庭（全部家庭成員均年滿六十歲或以上，一人長者家庭亦符合提名或申請資格）。
