2021年3月9日 · It is a CD19-directed genetically modified autologous T-cell immunotherapy indicated for use in paediatric and young adult patients ≤25 years of age with B-cell ALL that is refractory, in relapse post-transplantation or in second or later relapse, as well as in adult patients with relapsed/refractory DLBCL after ≥2 lines of systemic therapy.

Indications/Uses. Neovascular (wet) age-related macular degeneration (AMD); visual impairment due to diabetic macular oedema (DME); proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR); visual impairment due to choroidal neovascularization (CNV); visual impairment due to macular oedema secondary to retinal vein occlusion (branch or central RVO).
