The KMW Mk-1 is a true premium DBM bottom metal. Each is precision machined in accordance to my original design. The KMW M5 is a true premium DBM bottom metal. Each is precision machined in accordance to the standard M5 footprint and pillar height. All edges are generously chamfered to eliminate sharp corners that are common with budget designs.
Benefits. Materials offer maximum durability and corrosion resistance. Clamp system does not damage upper assembly columns with use, yet provides a full vertical inch and 320 degrees of grip on the columns. Will not shoot loose or lose adjustment during movement and transport. Longer and Stronger vertical adjustment than other competitive designs.
The KMW MUNSter NV mount was designed from scratch to be used with all of the heavier NV, Thermal and Dual Channel units that are mounted in front of your primary day optic when deployed. The lower assembly is permanently bonded into the host stock.
The SENTINEL Combat Stock was developed and designed from the ground up by Terry Cross. It is the product of 4 years of work that includes input from tactical competition shooters as well as Law Enforcement agencies across the country. The raw stock bodies are manufactured for KMW by McMillan Fiberglass Stocks.
The 3 main stock pieces were molded by McMillan Fiberglass Stocks using a KMW mold. Inlets on stock body and butt were machined by McMillan using KMW fixtures. There are 4 varieties of molded in colors. Most have HV barrel channels. Some are inletted for the KMW MUNSter NV mount. Descriptions in the KMW web store will specifically describe each.
