  1. 2018年7月10日 · Go into the Device Manager, choose the Mouse device, on Driver tab see if Roll back is available and try that first. If not then try Uninstall, restart PC using keyboard to Ctrl Alt Del, on blue screen tab to Power Icon in bottom right, press Enter, arrow down to Restart, press Enter to restart to reinstall the driver. I had already tried the Windows Updates, deleting the mouse and keyboard drivers (had not tried the USB driver), verified that both had the most recent Logitech firmware and ran the About My Dell software for any updates....but had not ran the Dell scanner utility.

  4. 2019年3月28日 · Problem was Logitech's Set-Point Mouse software. Looks Like it does not work with Windows 10 although I had the latest update. I uninstalled from Control Panel then Restarted.
