2008年8月8日 · In the 30 odd years of living in Japan as a Japanese and having commuted on JR trains in central Tokyo, this is the first time I recall seeing the word "shirioshi", but I can easily assume it means the station staffs that push people's buttocks in order to opperate the trains properly. The staff is always there to keep people in the train.
