2021年10月10日 · 「雙城三圈」的空間布局。 此外，如果把地圖覆蓋的範圍拉闊一點，不難看到更大的空間布局脈絡——「雙城三圈」。 「雙城」自然是指香港和深圳，「三圈」是指： 西邊的「深圳灣優質發展圈」：深圳的前海、蛇口及后海將連接到香港的天水圍、元朗、洪水橋，讓這一帶由原來香港的遠端變成為接駁到深圳西部的中心區域； 中間的「港深緊密互動圈」：包括羅湖、落馬洲、皇崗、文錦渡等幾個口岸，上連羅湖、福田等深圳蓬勃發展的地區，下接香港的新田、古洞北、粉嶺、上水，以及新界北新市鎮等； 東部的「大鵬灣/印洲塘生態康樂旅遊圈」：除了大鵬灣和印洲塘外，還覆蓋了蓮麻坑、地質公園、東平洲和大鵬半島環境優美的郊遊勝地。 回歸二十多年，香港的發展幾經波折，經歷了幾個經濟周期的起跌、政治層面變本加厲的虛耗空轉，以及外部勢力的干擾侵害。
