Childn >2 yr 2-3 sachets daily; 1-2 yr 1-2 sachets daily; <1 yr 1 sachet daily. SmectaGo/Smecta Strawberry Acute diarrhoea Adult Ave of 3 sachets daily for 7 days. Daily dose can be doubled at the start of treatment. Childn ≥2 yr 4 sachets daily for 3 days, then 2 sachets daily for 4 days. Other indications Adult Ave of 3 sachets daily.

Indications and Dosage. Subcutaneous. Hereditary angioedema. Adult: For the treatment of acute attacks in patients with C1-esterase inhibitor deficiency: 30 mg as a single dose via SC inj over ≥30 seconds. Additional doses may be given at intervals of ≥6 hours if relief is insufficient or symptoms recur. Max: 3 doses (90 mg) daily.
