Diocesan Girls' School (DGS) (Chinese: 拔萃女書院) is one of the oldest girls' schools in Hong Kong, founded in Kowloon in 1860 by the Anglican Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui (香港聖公會) to provide a well-rounded secondary education for girls.

Since our establishment in 1860, it has been our mission to offer an excellent all-around secondary education for girls, based on a blend of Christian values and Chinese traditions and culture.
Diocesan Girls’ School is an English medium grammar school founded by the Anglican (Episcopalian) Church in 1860. Since September 2005, the School has been operating under the Direct Subsidy Scheme. Current student population numbers around 1120 pupils aged between 12-18.
