2014年6月19日 · Punctuality 1. Helpfulness 1. Knowledge 1. This was the worst doctor I have seen yet for an issue related directly to my ears and an ear, nose, and throat infection. Dr. McKenna entered the room an hour late and sat down in a rush. He was loud and talked over me multiple times while I was explaining my issues.
