2016年9月2日 · 課程簡介. 本課程概述全球化及各種強迫遷移情況下，衞生與人類安全的關係，當中特別通過各地衝突個案，檢視不斷變化的人道及人類安全生態、兩者間的關係，以及有關情況如何為衞生與人類安全帶來挑戰。 除講堂及導修課，課程安排從事災難及人道危機工作的講員進行研討會，讓學員了解有關議題的最新發展。 學習成果 /目標. 完成課程後，學員能： 講述及解釋人道及人類安全原則及對公共衞生的影響; 了解現時人類安全情況及如何造成全球公共衞生不公平的情況; 將人類安全理論的框架、工具及方法應用在參加者的實際範疇; 探討衝突與災難導致強迫遷移的影響; 認識人道議題研究的範疇; 反思現今世界處理人道主義議題的重要性。 課程時間表. 費用. 申請費用: HK$100.

Who we are. The Hong Kong Jockey Club Disaster Preparedness and Response Institute (HKJCDPRI) was set up in 2014 with the generous donation from The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust. Housed in and led by the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine, the HKJCDPRI aims to build a prepared community in Hong Kong to respond to disasters.
2019年1月14日 · 香港聖公會麥理浩夫人中心（鄰舍層面社區發展部） 光板田村社區防災能力建設計劃. 根據政府現行政策，寮屋屬可獲暫准存在的「違例構築物」，因此投放在改善居住環境、安全及衞生情況的資源相對有限。 惡劣環境容易引致傳染病爆發的風險；而防災設施不足，令居民在危急情況下未能適當自救。 教研中心與「 香港聖公會麥理浩夫人中心 」合作，邀請光板田村寮屋居民共同設計和執行防災活動。 其中，村民在計劃的支持下，選舉及組織村內的防火及衞生大使團隊，由他們帶領及推動其他村民，制定及落實光板田村防災預警方案。 此外，透過舉辦防蚊和防火工作坊、增設相關應急設備、以及配置「危險及資源地圖」和「防災大富翁」等教育資源，村民的防災意識、知識和能力得到大大提升，有效鼓勵他們持續參與，共同保障社區安全。 Tags:
