全面通關主要安排. 由二月六日起，香港與內地全面通關，重點如下： （一）開放全部口岸，並不設每日人數安排：在現行運作各個口岸的基礎上，新增羅湖口岸、落馬洲／皇崗口岸，以及香園圍／蓮塘口岸，展開所有旅檢服務（包括小客車通關服務），並以正常開放時間運作；而沙頭角口岸將會恢復貨運服務，供運送靈柩的車輛通行（各現行和新開放口岸的通關服務時間詳見附件一）。 此外，所有口岸不再設有每日人數安排，即任何人士無須網上預約，便可經任何口岸往來香港與內地，而特區政府的網上預約系統亦相應停止運作； （二）取消出行前核酸檢測要求：所有從香港入境內地和從內地入境香港的人士，均無須於出行前48小時內進行核酸檢測並取得陰性結果。
