Dosage/Direction for Use. Prophylaxis Adult 1 tab daily, 24 or 48 hr before entering a malaria-endemic area, continued during the period of stay, until 7 days after leaving the area. Treatment Adult 4 tab as single dose for 3 consecutive days. Childn >40 kg Same as adult.
Indications/Uses. Treatment & prevention of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women. Reduction in the risk of invasive breast cancer in postmenopausal women w/ osteoporosis &/or at high risk of invasive breast cancer.
