2024年8月10日 · 屯馬綫全綫共27個車站，全程約75分鐘，連接位於 屯門區 的 屯門站 及 沙田區 的 烏溪沙站 ，途經 新界 及 九龍 多個地區，大致呈東西走向，全長約56.4公里，是全港最長及最多車站的本地鐵路綫，同時亦是唯一設有兩個車廠的本地鐵路綫。 [ 4] 屯馬綫27個車站中有6個站內 轉車站 ，分別為 美孚站 、 南昌站 、 紅磡站 、 何文田站 、 鑽石山站 及 大圍站 ，可以轉乘 荃灣綫 、 東涌綫 、 東鐵綫 及 觀塘綫 4條路綫；同時設有4個站外 轉車站 ， 屯門站 、 兆康站 、 天水圍站 及 元朗站 均可以轉乘 輕鐵 ；另外可從 尖東站 前往 尖沙咀站 轉乘荃灣綫以及從 柯士甸站 前往 香港西九龍站 乘搭 高速鐵路 。
