   2021年12月12日 · 2021年12月12日. 朗豪坊開幕 啟動旺角更新效應. #重建發展 #油旺研究. 位於旺角的 亞皆老街／上海街重建項目 、早年被稱為「旺角六街」項目。 市建局2001年取代土發公司成立後，於2005年度完成 重建 。 高逾255米的 朗豪坊 拔地而起，帶動周邊經濟發展及附近一帶的舊樓業主主動 維修 物業，一改旺角舊區面貌，屬香港市區重建史上一大里程碑。 重建前，上海街一帶是聲色犬馬、龍蛇混雜之地。 從昔日圖片可見，上海街兩旁均為外牆殘舊的唐樓， 街道兩旁的廣告牌中不難發現「夜總會」、「芬蘭浴」等招牌；而於附近的康樂街，充斥近百家售賣雀鳥的檔攤，被稱為「雀仔街」，惟鳥糞處處的問題引起市民對該區衛生情況的關注。
