I visited the Royal Jewelry Museum during a visit to Alexandria on a two week tour of Egypt. The museum is located in an ornate villa with beautiful stained glass and frescoes on the walls. The jewelry was owned by the Egyptian Royal Family that ruled Egypt until 1952. Much of the jewelry was owned by King Farouk.
