1 認識危機. 2 做好計劃. 3 隨時應變. 每個人都可以是防災達人! 只要學懂認識危機，因應不同類型的危機做好好計劃，及學懂應變方法，便能做到「防災」和「應變」。 加上以下的特點，大人及小朋友都可以成為防災達人! 防災達人的特點: 要經常打開眼睛，閱看有關災害的資訊，及留意周圍發生的事情。 例如留意惡劣天氣警告的標誌、危險警告的路牌、可疑危險人物、逃生出口等等。 要經常打開耳仔，聽取有關災害的資訊和留意周圍發生的事情。 例如留意惡劣天氣報告、交通工具上的廣播、樂園的廣播等等。 要互相幫助，收取資訊同時把資訊告知身邊的人. 遇上危急情況，勇敢用學到的防災知識去應對，細心冷靜地處理問題。 平時學懂救生技能如急救、游泳、火警逃生方法等等，遇上危急情況便能膽大心細去面對!
