  6. Weekend pricing —for Friday and Saturday nights. Weekly and monthly —discounts on stays of 7 nights or more. Rule-set pricing —for even greater customisation and automation. Edit your listing to manage your nightly price. Any changes you make will only apply to future reservations.

  7. Types of fees. Airbnb service fee: Guest service fee charged by Airbnb—this provides 24/7 community support and helps everything run smoothly. Cleaning fee: Charged by some Hosts to cover the cost of cleaning their space after the stay.
