2017年12月17日 · The Amazon platform isn't going to make them a success, if they keep trying to sell at the "Australia Tax" price. If sellers think they can just stick their same product and prices on Amazon, and suddenly there is going to be an avalanche of customers knocking down their door to part with their money, they may as well not bother, because in fact, no one will be knocking on their door.
2016年4月16日 · Just doing my tax & noticed several charges for $13.99 to "Amazon Aust Services Melbourne VIC". Thanks to this forum I called Amazon 1800 064 122 & asked about the charges. As above they attributed it to an unused Kindle Subscription. They have sent me an email assuring the reimbursement of these costs.

Amazon Flex could swoop in though, we are finally enjoying getting mail on time and with accurate delivery estimates, and having a company that actually has better customer service online than most physical shops in Australia (our customer service really does suck in Australia). Amazon Prime also includes items from the USA – as your eligible for free postage if its over $49 – it will show you items from other sellers and a lot of times the item, price etc shows but it doesn't have the sentence "This seller will send to your address in XXXX".
Ordered a box set of the TV show The Mentalist from Amazon Australia but sent via the USA. "Delayed at Customs" hopefully it still arrives but Amazon customer service say it can't be delivered. I can't see why that can't be delivered. It's not a prohibited item

Two workers at the Amazon Australia facility in Moorebank tested positive to COVID on the weekend, forcing over 100 casual workers into isolation.
I would thought Amazon would be legally required to provide an invoice, whether or not the goods come from a 3rd party. Amazon are not the seller. They can't provide a tax invoice because they (Amazon) have not collected any GST. User #189795 8485 posts. bolly2007.
