The view of the sun setting behind Hong Kong’s second highest peak, Lantau Peak (934m) is spectacular. I was in a hurry and reached the summit of Sunset Peak from Lantau County Park in 1hr 45min. The descent to Pak Kung Au took 20 min. A more reasonable (relaxing) time frame would be 3+ hrs for the whole route.
