One of the ways Airbnb fosters trust between Hosts and guests is through our review process for stays and Experiences, which helps our community make informed booking and hosting decisions and provides guests and Hosts with honest feedback to help them improve.
Community policy. What’s expected of Hosts and their stays. Every Host should meet these basic standards so that their guests have a comfortable, reliable experience. What we don’t allow. Hosting without permission and/or the appropriate licences: Airbnb requires that all Hosts be authorised to host, and that Hosts comply with all applicable laws.
Once you’re signed in to your Airbnb account, you’ll be able to find both reviews written about you and by you on your public profile. If a reservation has more than one confirmed guest, the Host’s review will appear on the profiles of all the other confirmed guests.
