2022年7月1日 · All applicants for civil service jobs will be assessed on their knowledge on the Basic Law and the National Security Law. The assessment format of the Basic Law and National Security Law Test (BLNST) is set according to the academic qualification requirements stipulated for different types of civil service jobs.
有關《基本法及香港國安法》測試是一張設有中英文版本的選擇題形式試卷，全卷共20題，須於 35分鐘 內完成。 申請人如在20題中答對10題或以上，會被視為取得《基本法及香港國安法》測試的及格成績，有關成績可用於申請所有學歷要求低於學位／專業程度的公務員職位。 持有《基本法及香港國安法》測試（學歷要求定於完成中學階段程度或以上但低於學位／專業程度職系）及格成績的申請人，日後將 不會被安排 再次應考同等或更低程度的《基本法及香港國安法》測試。 招聘部門／職系一般會於考試後一個月內通知應徵者其《基本法及香港國安法》測試的成績。 如申請人在申請公務員職位時仍未曾參加相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試或未曾在相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試考獲及格成績，仍可作出申請。
2024年9月19日 · Basic Law and National Security Law Test (BLNST) Requirement. Starting from the 2023/24 school year, all newly-appointed teachers in public sector schools, Direct Subsidy Scheme schools and kindergartens joining the Kindergarten Education Scheme are required to pass the BLNST in order to be considered for appointment.
2024年3月22日 · A new round of the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) and the Basic Law and National Security Law Test (BLNST) (degree/professional grades) will open for application from tomorrow (March 23). Prospective applicants for civil service posts at degree or professional level are welcome to apply before the deadline of 5pm on April 5.
