一般而言，CIH 會員及CIH 特許會員所須入會資格及學歷等要求有所不 同，而且續會條件亦有分別，因此，申請者可按個人需要，自行決定申 請不同類別會籍。
Applicants are required to complete the Practical Experience Requirement (PER) Booklet with related experiences which should have been incurred within 2 years from the date of submission of the Membership Application.
